In town for a few days and want to keep moving? Local and want to try us before committing? Drop-in sessions are how to start. Same assessment-first approach, same coaches, no long-term commitment.

Send us a note

Tell us your dates, what you’d like to work on, and any injuries or conditions we should plan around. We’ll match you to the right coach.

Quick intake

A short health-questionnaire confirms what we need to know before your first session. No formal movement assessment if you’re only with us briefly.

Train

One session, two, or a short series — whatever fits your stay. Private, semi-private, or small group, depending on availability.

What to bring

A few practical notes.

If you’re coming from out of town, message us with your stay dates and we’ll do our best to match availability with the coaches you’d like to work with.

  • Grippy socks (we sell them at the studio if you forget)
  • Comfortable clothing you can move in
  • Notes from any recent PT or physician guidance, if relevant
  • Arrive 10 minutes early for first-time intake
